WORLD RECORD FOR ROTHKO’S WORK!

A world record was broken on Monday evening at Sotheby’s in New York. During the Modern Evening auction, the 1968 painting “Untitled” by Mark Rothko sold for $23.9 million! This is a new world record for Rothko’s work on paper.
